After releasing soapstock, grease heats up to 90 ℃, and then adds hot water to wash and stir. Water temperature should be greater than the oil temperature about 5~10. Too low water temperature is easy emulsify. Finish adding water and then continue to stir for 5 minutes. Then precipitation for 4 hours and release soap water, repeatedly washing 2-3 times and depending on the quality of oil. Washing oil heat up to 105 ℃, slowly stir dehydration for 1 hour. Washing oil may also directly inhaled decoloring pot to vacuum drying for 30 minutes.
