Senior Cooking Oil Refining Decoloring Operation Instruction:
Open the vacuum pump, vacuum degree > 700 mmHG. First make washed alkali refining intaked into decoloring pot, stirring and heating up to 90 ℃; then stir 30 minutes, making the moisture below 0.1%; intake small decoloring agent (clay, activated carbon); addition amount depend on the oil color, generally accounts for 2-5% oil weight; stir 30 minutes, cooling to 70 ℃; use compressor to filter to process clay and oil separation; at last get decoloring oil.
