We provides integrated biodiesel equipment that transforms waste into biodiesel, including storage VAT, preliminary separation barrel, primary separation box, separation tank, reaction tank and oil storage tank; discharging mouth of storage VAT dock with feeding port of preliminary separation. The valve plate is  installed perpendicular to the feeding direction inside the feeding port feeding. The separation bucket is installed inside the preliminary separation bucket. Set the oil-water exit connecting with primary separation box in the preliminary separation bucket and the oil pump on the oil level of primary separation box. Oil pump's exit is connected to the upper part of the first separation box. There are multiple connections between each separation box tubing and the location of oil inlet is below the oil outlet of each separation. The final separation box tubing is connected to the reaction tank. The oil well pump is installed inside reaction and pump exit is connected to oil storage box. This equipment will transform pigwash oil into biodiesel after food waste separation, avoiding the pusher using pigwash oil as a cooking oil again and blocking pigwash oil’s source.
