This process is to use the separation device to separate the shell and kernel after cleaning the cottonseed , then through special selected equipment to reduce the shell and short fiber content in the kernel. through a series of low temperature tempering process after the embryo, then transport the embryo into the toaster to extract cottonseed oil, then the wet meal will be put in multistage dephenolizing leaching equipment, by removing phenol solvent for removing phenol treatment,. After removing phenol by mechanical exsolution and drying at low temperature desolventizing, we can get cottonseed protein products without gossypol. On the other side ,the mescella will be transport into the evaporator for desolventizing.Finally,we get the crude oil which can be sent to the refining workshop for further refining. After extraction of cottonseed oil and gossypol , the solvent, respectively, by using comprehensive recovery system after regeneration cycle.
