Soybean oil refining uses continuous oil refining methods in general. Refining of
soybean oil processing uses solvent oil (No.6 light gasoline) to extract in the high temperature after oil raw material is fully immersed, through the 6 steps (i.e., degreasing, degumming, dewatering, decoloring, deodorization, deacidification). In terms of nutritional value, soybean oil contains 7-10% palmitic acid, 2-5% stearic acid, 1-3% arachidic acid, 22-30% oleic acid, 50~60 linoleic acid, 5-9% linoleic acid. Fatty acid composition of soybean oil is good, containing rich linoleic acid, and significantly reduce serum cholesterol, prevent cardiovascular disease. Soybean also contains rich amount of vitamin E, vitamin D and more lecithin, which are very beneficial to human body health. In addition, human digestion absorption rate on soybean oil is as high as 98%. Soybean oil is also a kind of high nutritional value cooking oil.
Soybean oil continuous degumming, desolventizing refining process:
Continuous soybean oil refining process mainly uses the centrifuge equipment. The process is as follows:
Leaching soy crude oil, filtering, phosphoric acid mixing, mixing and reacting (water), centrifugal separation, heating, flash, desolventizing, cooling, secondary soybean oil
The main equipment selection based on soybean oil refining process characteristics. First of all, the centrifuge is self-cleaning centrifuge to ensure the separation effect. The mixer adopts blade mixer and static mixer. Blade mixer’s mixing degree is combined into hydratable phospholipids. The oil after degumming enters into continuous desolventizing tower to further remove solvents. The solvent tower is thin film packing type. Its working principle is to make oil overflow to the packing. Grease flow down on the corrugated packing in the form of thin layers, and contact the bottom bottom-up dry steam to process gas-liquid contact and mass transfer.
Under vacuum condition, residual solvent of oil evaporates into the gas phase discharging device. By the processing of this device, residual solvent of leaching soybean oil is basically clean. Because the oil in the device is gas stripping in the form of thin film, desolventizing effect is good, and desolventizing time within 2-5 minutes. Soybean oil quality is fully ensured. oil refining.
