The differences between extraction and squeezing:
Squeezing and extraction are two different types of oil producing technology.
Oil squeezing is purely physical pressing for oil production, after selecting, fry, physical squeezing, finally we get the oil trough natural plant fiber filtration. This method does not involve adding chemicals, retained within the rich oil nutrition, no chemical solvent pollution, do not contain any chemical anti-corrosion antioxidants. But the disadvantage is that yield efficiency is low. So"Oil squeezing process" in the domestic is often used in basic oil like peanut oil, olive oil, nuts, sunflower seed oil, sesame oil, such high-grade oil.
Oil extraction method is to use solvent oil (6# light gasoline) to extract oil raw material after fully immersed in the high temperature, through processing the oil by the "technology" six (i.e., degreasing, degumming, dewatering, decoloring, deodorization, deacidification), the biggest characteristics is a spiral, low production cost, it is also the reason why that soya bean salad oil prices generally lower than the pressing oil. Solvent extraction,, the residue is inevitable, the regulations of cooking oil standard of the state,also allows it’s qualified that even if it contains 10 mg per kilogram of solvent residue.
