Brief Introduction of the extraction:
1. Function: the extracting system is a way to get oil from the oil seed material through using a certain organic solvent. The principle is use the different solubility of the solvent.
2. Use range: the extracting system is applied to pre-press extraction of high-oil-content oilseed and direct extraction of low-oil-content oil seed materials.
3. Main parts: the extraction system include extractor, steamer, 1st evaporator, 2nd evaporator, stripping tower, condenser, water distributor, etc.
Main equipment parts:
1. Extractor: in the
plant oil extractor, spraying the solvent to the oil material flake and dissolve the oil fats. Then get the wet meal also the mixture of oil and solvent.
2. Solvent pump: spraying the solvent to the oil material continuously.
3. DTDC: separating the solvent from the wet meal.
4. Evaporator: separating the solvent from the mixed oil to get the crude oil and recycling the solvent.
5. Stripper: evaporating the rest solvent in the oil.
6. Condenser: cooling the solvent from gas to liquid for recycling.
About refining:
A. First send the crude oil into the mix reactor with certain quantity water and acid, after well blended send into the centrifugal separator and then separate the oil sediment.
B. Second send into another mix reactor, adding certain concentration alkali and well neutralization reaction. Separate the soapstock through the centrifugal separator.
C. Now wash the crude oil with light alkali and water, washing out the residual soapstock.
D. Third send the oil into the bleaching tower,well blended with certain quantity clay, under the certain temperature,time,vacuum condition, the clay absorb the colorful substance and other impurities. Then separating the waste clay through the centrifugal separator.
E. At last send the oil into deodorization tower,under the certain temperature and vacuum condition, deodorizing the oil through steam stripping. Then get the fourth grade oil.
