Oil refining

Unrefined vegetable oils obtained by pressing, leaching or water generation are called hair oils.The main component of the hair oil is a mixture of triglyceride esters (commonly known as neutral oil). In addition to neutral oil, non-glyceride substances (collectively referred to as impurities) are also contained in the wool, and their types, properties, and states can be roughly classified into three categories: mechanical impurities, fat-soluble impurities, and water-soluble impurities.

2. The purpose of refining:
oil refining is usually the refining of oil, the presence of impurities in the oil, not only affects the use value and safe storage of the oil, but also causes difficulties in deep processing, but in refining, it is not all in the oil. The impurities are removed, but the impurities, such as gossypol, protein, phospholipids, mucilage, moisture, etc., which are harmful to food, storage, industrial production, etc., are removed, and beneficial impurities such as tocopherol and sterol are required. Reserved. Therefore, according to different requirements and uses, unneeded and harmful impurities are removed from the grease to obtain a refined oil that meets certain standards, which is the purpose of oil refining.

3. Refining method:
According to the operating characteristics and raw materials used, the method of oil refining can be roughly divided into three types: mechanical method, chemical method and physical chemical method. Currently we are using physical and chemical methods.4. The type of refining is
intermittent, semi-continuous, and fully continuous.
1-10 tons of commonly used intermittent type, 20-50 tons of commonly used semi-continuous, more than 50 tons, commonly used in continuous mode.5. Refining process:
